Our Team

Sara is our Elder Care Coordinator. As a former discharge planner at Huntsville Hospital, she knows the complexities that can come from navigating the healthcare landscape. She helps our clients by assessing needs and concerns and identifying ways to improve quality of life and care. Sara also provides resources, education, and advocacy to our clients and their families. 
Sara graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Auburn University and has always loved working in the healthcare field. She lives in Huntsville, AL with her husband and three little girls.
