Estate Administration
Estate Administration
Losing a loved one is hard. This difficulty is increased by having to deal with the assets and debts of a loved one.
Estate administration is uniquely difficult because the person who designed the plan (the person who has died) is not the one administering the plan. So the administrator of the estate (sometimes called a Personal Representative, Executor, or Trustee) often begins the process feeling very lost.
Our firm helps our clients get a clear direction of what to do, what is important, and makes sure that you are following the law. We hold our clients’ hands throughout the process and navigate any potential issues in the estate administration process, especially the ones that are difficult to foresee without the help of a professional.
We help clients administer estate plans that we helped design, as well as estate plans drafted by other attorneys.
